The BUND der PHILATELISTISCHEN PRÜFER e.V. (B.P.P) is the German association for experts issuing certificates of authenticity and quality. BPP experts issue CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY based on the expertising statutes of the BPP. In contrast to nearly every other expertising body, BPP experts guarantee the conclusions drawn in the CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY.
